1/2 cup Apple, Lemon, Ginger Juice
Lunch:
3 cups of lettuce
2oz grilled chicken
whole wheat dinner roll
Snack:
Ginger Snaps (6 cookies)
Dinner:
3 oz. Broiled Salmon
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 ear of corn on the cob

Workout 2: Easy running 30 minutes (3 miles) 383cals
