Food Log 8/21/2005

Workout:

POS 3 (2 packets)
Banana (eaten before run, as I was struggling to get water out on time)
Sweet Potato bread
Lunch:
Uncrustable
Baked Chips
Small Granny smith apple
Grapes (1 cup)
Snack:
Uncrustable
Snack pack of popcorn
Sweet potato bread
Dinner:
Almond Crusted Tiliapia
Dinner Salad (Ice berg, Spinach, Carrot, and Crutons)
Mashed Cauliflower (about 1 cup)
Roasted Corn
2 pieces of bread with butter
