Got time? I have a class for you!!
8:15 am Power Pump
9:15am Cycling
9:20am Step class
10:30am Yoga
5:30pm Flow Yoga (this just a faster moving yoga)
6:30pm Kick boxing
6:30pm Cycling (yes you read this correctly, it is at the same time in a different room)

*****8:00pm Stretching and yoga with me!! Just check in at the front desk and come to the aerobics room!!

Of course you can always come in and do some cardio on your own!! Candi, I will see you at 7:15!! Janice, I can't wait to catch up!! See you at 7:00!!
