Hello and Good Afternoon!!

I woke up this morning in a markedly better mood!! Yay!! Workout this morning was good. Richard and I did upper body weights. My arms are already sore, better than my legs. Hahaha!! I hope to go for a 5 mile run today, so far it has not gotten done, but it is in the plans. Wow, where does the time go?
Preworkout: Protein Shake
Breakfast:1/4 cup oatmeal, butter and stevia
Lunch: The last remaining cup of Taco Soup, (shamefull desert) 2 Ding Dongs
Dinner: Sweet Potato, butter, cinnamon, and a Protein shake
I haven't run yet!! Plan to get some running in before and after training appointments!!
