My Buns are already sore!!

I have been deceived, I am actually getting sore from Bootcamp (aka by Susan Buttcamp) this morning!! I guess, if my butt is sore that means it is getting tighter which means that it won't jiggle?? Anyone following me on this one?

I think I have finally toned the jiggle out, purely with running and tri training :)

I am pretty small but there were some track workouts last year when I could actually feel my butt and upper thighs jiggle, and it did not make me happy!
